Do you tattoo minors?
I only tattoo 18+! While it is legal to tattoo 16-17 in CT with parental consent, I am not comfortable tattooing anyone under the age of 18.
Is my deposit refundable?
Deposits are non-refundable. I will transfer your deposit to a rescheduled appointment date one time, after that a new deposit is required. If you cancel or reschedule your appointment with less than 48 hours notice, your deposit is forfeited and you must leave a new one in order to book another appointment.
Can I bring a friend to my appointment?
Absolutely! If you plan on bringing more than one person with you, please ask me ahead of time.
Since I brought my friend here, can they get tattooed too?
If they are scheduled only! I try to carefully time my day as best as I can to run on time and have no pressure to rush. Tattoos are permanent and it’s not fair to anyone to have a rushed tattoo.
Even if it’s just a touch up?
Even if it’s a touch up. These still require time to set up and my full attention.
Can I bring my child?
Under rare circumstances. Please ask ahead of time. Tattoo studios are generally an 18+ facility for a multitude of reasons.
It’s my first tattoo! What do I need to do?
Make sure to get a good nights sleep, stay hydrated and have a full meal before you come in.
What should I wear?
Dress comfortable! Wear clothing that will give me easy access to the area being tattooed. Be sure not to wear anything too tight that will cause discomfort/warping of the area. I have my own room/can shut the door if you’re being tattooed in an intimate area. If you’re unsure what would be best to wear/have any questions or concerns, message me anytime before your appointment.
What is your hourly rate?
My rate is $175/hour, with a minimum of $100 for anything a half hour or under. If you’re interested pricing/not sure if you‘re ready to book yet, I’m happy to give you a quote! Fill out the booking form and I will get back to you with a quote - no pressure to book until you’re ready.
When do I get to see my design?
At your appointment! I always book extra time so we can make design adjustments on the day of your appointment. I’ll make sure you’re 100% certain you love your design before we start the tattooing process. Most of the tattoos I do are custom requests and I draw for all appointments at home, so making tons of edits beforehand/drawing out of order leaves me no time to take care of everyday personal life tasks/care.
